We offer a full suite of property management services to ensure your property is well taken care of.

Maintenance & Repairs

We offer both internal and external property maintenance. Our experienced handymen can help with plumbing and electrical matters and can repair common issues like leaky roofs and broken windows.

Tenant Management

We process rent, handle eviction procedures, manage emergency repairs, and offer 24/7 support to tenants. We will take enforcement actions when tenants don't comply with Ontario's tenancy laws.

Inspections

We have the highest standards for how your property is managed, and perform regular inspections of smoke detectors, furnaces, air conditioners, in addition to ensuring your property is well cared for and your tenants comply with their lease.
